Applying

Any business with a valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration can apply to become a selling partner. Admission is subject to review.

1. Who can sell on Knalveilingen

Any business with a valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration can apply to become a selling partner on Knalveilingen.com. Applications are reviewed by Knalveilingen.com; acceptance is not automatic.

Upon approval, the partner receives access to the vendor portal, and an individual Partner Agreement is drawn up setting out the specific arrangements (commission, payout term, minimum supply, etc.) for that partner.

2. Ways of selling

Partners can offer products through two channels:

• Auction: buyers bid against one another; the highest bid wins.
• Outlet: products are sold immediately at a fixed price.

3. Product requirements

All products offered must:

• actually be owned by the partner, or offered with the permission of the rightful owner
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including product safety requirements
• be described truthfully and completely, including any defects
• be free of third-party rights that would prevent their sale

Prohibited items include, among others: weapons and ammunition without a permit, drugs, counterfeit products, stolen goods, and products that are contrary to public order or morality.

4. Commission

Knalveilingen.com charges the partner a market-standard sales commission on the sale price. The exact percentage is set out per partner in the individual Partner Agreement. Partners who consistently generate higher revenue may qualify for a lower, tiered commission rate.

Buyers additionally pay a buyer's commission of 4.99% exclusive of VAT on top of the lot price; this amount is retained by Knalveilingen.com and does not affect the payout to the partner.

From time to time, Knalveilingen.com may offer temporary promotional discounts on commission to selected partners. These are agreed in writing on a per-partner basis and do not automatically apply to all partners.

5. Payout

Payout of sales proceeds (after deduction of commission and any applicable set-offs) is made periodically to the partner's registered bank account or linked payment account. The exact payout term is set out in the individual Partner Agreement.

6. Delivery

The partner is responsible for the timely and careful delivery of sold products, whether by shipment or collection at a location facilitated by Knalveilingen.com. Orders are generally processed within three business days, unless a different term is stated for the product.

7. Returns and warranty

To the extent legally applicable, a 14-day cooling-off period applies to consumers for outlet purchases. Auction purchases are excluded from this. The partner is responsible for the statutory conformity of delivered products and generally handles warranty claims directly.

8. Marketing

Knalveilingen.com may use the partner's offering, brand name, and logo in newsletters, social media, and other promotional materials to support sales. Specific marketing arrangements may be agreed on a per-partner basis.

9. Term and termination

The partnership is generally entered into for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party subject to one calendar month's notice, unless otherwise provided in the individual Partner Agreement. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms, Knalveilingen.com may terminate the partnership with immediate effect.

10. Liability

The partner is liable for damages arising from a failure to comply with these terms, including damages caused by defective, prohibited, or inaccurately described products. The liability of Knalveilingen.com towards the partner is limited; the precise limits are set out in the individual Partner Agreement.

11. Relationship to the individual Partner Agreement

In the event of any discrepancy between this page and the individual Partner Agreement, the Partner Agreement prevails.
