Filing a complaint
Submit your complaint via the contact page and describe what it's about as fully as possible. Please include your order number so we can help you quickly.
Response time
You'll receive an acknowledgement within a few working days. We aim to give you a full answer within 14 days. If we need more time, we'll let you know within that period.
Not satisfied with the solution? If we can't resolve it together, you can bring your dispute before the competent court. As a consumer within the EU, you can also use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution via ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
